HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the left and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.
CONDITION: This is a second hand product and has been priced accordingly. Second hand product will have cut outs, rebates and/or holes from where hardware has been previously fitted. The exterior side may have signs of weathering. The door may have marks from handling and general wear and tear from use. As such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 7/10. There are numerous marks and holes from previous installation. There is some damage on the external side of the door, at the top, where the pivot pin is located. There is a cover plate missing for the pivot hardware. Please refer to the additional photos. Also, unfortunately, this door is missing the key to suit the handle.
