Returns Policy

At JC Trading 3.0 Pty Ltd, customers may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase. The return request must be submitted via our contact form, email, or in person. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within two business days of receiving the returned item.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are not offered for custom-ordered products, or delivery charges, unless required by law.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging where possible; proof of purchase must be provided.
  • JC Trading 3.0 Pty Ltd complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding remedies for faulty products (refund, repair, replacement as appropriate).

Return Process

  • Contact JC Trading 3.0 Pty Ltd within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Approved returns should be shipped to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within two business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • For defective/damaged goods, provide photographic evidence and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Exceptions

  • Custom-ordered or personalised items and delivery charges are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Products damaged through misuse or where the problem was known before purchase may not qualify for a return or refund.
