HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the right and open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.
CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is minor damage to the top of the door, as well as what looks like a screw hole in the top of the frame. There is no weather seal fitted to the bottom of the door. Please see additional pictures for reference.
