FRAME MATERIAL: Merbau.

DOOR HEIGHT: 2340mm

DOOR WIDTH: 1200mm

DOOR THICKNESS: 40mm

CORE: Solid core.

FINISH: Timber veneer (please note, the veneer finish of the door does not match the Merbau finish of the frame).

GLASS: 5 pieces of obscure (frosted) glass.

HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the left and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.

CONDITION: This is a second hand product and has been priced accordingly. Second hand product will have cut outs, rebates and/or holes from where hardware has been previously fitted. The exterior side may have signs of weathering. The door may have marks from handling and general wear and tear from use. As such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 7/10. This door has only been tacked in, and then removed for whatever reason (the customer changed their mind on the style of door). Due to having been tacked in, there are a number of marks where the fixing nails were in this frame. As the install wasn't completed, there is no cut out for the handle and the door has not been stained. There is some paint overspray in a couple of places (this could be removed by sanding). The door hasn't been stored the best and does have some weathering in places, some water stains and some mould on the veneer. Please refer to the additional pictures. In general though, the door is in reasonable condition and will come up good with a bit of TLC.
