GLASS: 2 pieces of clear glass. 

HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the right and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.

MANUFACTURER AND DOOR CODE: Resembles a Hume Doors & Timber - XVP12.

CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. It has been out to site, been tacked in and then removed for whatever reason (hinged on the wrong side, wrong size etc). Due to this, there are some holes in the frame where it was previously tacked in place. There is some minor damage on the duracoat finish. Apart from that, this door is in good condition.
