FRAME NOTES: This frame comes with a clear glass sidelite on each side of the door.

CORE: Solid core.

FINISH: Timber veneer.

GLASS: 1 piece of clear glass.

HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the left and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.

CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There are no obvious marks, scratches or damage that stand out on the door. The frame has been out to site, been tacked in, then removed for whatever reason (wrong size, wrong style or the customer simply changed their mind). As it has been out to site and tacked in, there are holes in the frame from where the screws were located. There is also a bit of render on the glass. Please refer to the additional pictures.
