GLASS: 6 pieces of obscure (frosted) glass.

HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the left and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.

MANUFACTURER AND DOOR CODE: Hume Doors & Timber - XS26.

CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. It has been out to site, been tacked in and then removed for whatever reason. Due to this, it has picked up some marks from removal. There are also some holes in the frame from where it was tacked into place (and some holes around the edge where architrave had been fitted). There is also some plaster in a couple of places, which should come off easy enough. Please refer to the additional photos.
