They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 9/10. It has a routered pattern on both sides with raised mouldings on one side. It has cutouts for a deadbolt (top and bottom) and a handle lock. There are four hinge rebates down one edge of the door. Please see additional pictures for reference. Otherwise, there are no obvious marks, scratches or damage that stand out.
