CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is some water staining on the timber veneer finish in a number of places. Please refer to the additional photos. A light sand will improve these marks, but probably won't completely get rid of them. Apart from that, this door is in good condition.
