CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 6/10. The main issue with this door, is that it has a bow in it (which is bad enough that it will probably affect its use). It also has some scratches in the duracoat finish, hinge rebates cut into one edge and some small holes in the bottom of the door where a weather seal was probably attached.
