CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is a decent scratch on the duracoat finish on one side. Also, it appears the duacoat skin that was put on one side was slightly short (by a few mm only). This means that duracoat finish on one side finishes slightly before the edge of the rest of the door. Please refer to the additional photos. Apart from that, this door is in great condition.
