CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 9/10. There are three hinge rebates down one edge of the door. There is also slight veneer discolouration (where this door has had another one sitting on top of it in storage). You can see the line where the edge of the other door ran. A light sand may remove this discolouration. Please refer to the additional photos.
