CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is an issue with the glass, which only makes this door suitable for use in a protected (undercover) situation. When the cut out for the glass was done, it wasn't done correctly (so one edge of the glass isn't seated on the lip that is meant to be there for it). The issue is a bit hard to explain (or get photos of), but we can run over it in person well enough. Basically, the seal between the door and the glass is not as good as it should be, which may cause a water penetration issue if the door is exposed to weather. Apart from that, this door is in good condition.
