CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 7/10. The issue with this door is hard to describe online and show in photos (but can be shown in person easy enough). It relates to the holes that were cut in this door for the glass. The holes in the core of the door were made larger than the holes that were cut into the veneer (so the veneer doesn't finish where it should and over hangs over the glass slightly). It is a cosmetic issue. Also, some of the glazing beads haven't been cut correctly, resulting in some minor gaps (this I was able to capture in a couple of photos). Apart from that, this door is in decent condition.
