CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is a cut out in the door to accommodate a handle. There are four hinge rebates down one edge. There are a number of small holes along the top (or bottom) edge of the door (most likely there was some kind of weather seal attached to this door at one point). Please refer to the additional photos. Apart from that, this door is in great condition.
