CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.Â
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 9/10. There are some holes in the edge of the door where hinges were fitted (so this door has been out to site and then returned to the manufacturer). There are also some blemishes in the redicoat finish (this may be the reason the door was returned). I don't think this will be noticeable once the door has been painted.
