CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There are holes along one edge where hinges were fitted. There are also blotches on the redicoat finish. These are very slight and haven't shown up well in the photos. I don't think they will be visible once the door has been painted. Please refer to the additional photos.
