FRAME NOTES: This frame comes with a clear glass toplite. This toplite could be removed, which would bring the height of the frame down to 2265mm high.

FINISH: Western red cedar.

GLASS: 8 pieces of 12.76mm thick clear laminated glass.

HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the left and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.

CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
