HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the left and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.
MANUFACTURER AND DOOR CODE: Unknown - resembles a Humes Doors & Timber - XN16.
CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.Â
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. This particular product has been out to site, been tacked in, then removed for whatever reason (wrong size, handing, finish or the customer simply changed their mind). As such, there are some holes in the frame where it was previously fixed in place. The door has some discolouration on the veneer (possibly mould?). The door will also require weather seals to be fitted to it on all sides. The frame has some water staining at the bottom. Please refer to the additional photos.
