HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the right and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.
CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 7/10. The door itself is in great condition, but the frame has some things worth noting. There is some damage in one corner of the frame. It also has some holes where it was previously tacked into place. Please refer to the additional photos.
