CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this product is an 8/10. This particular product has been out to site, been tacked in, then removed for whatever reason (wrong size, handing, finish or the customer simply changed their mind). As such, there are some holes in the frame where it was previously fixed in place. There are also some minor scuffs on the frame from handling. Please refer to the additional photos. Apart from that, this door is in good condition.
