HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the left and open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.
CONDITION: The condition of this door is an 8/10. The frame is a second hand product. It has minor marks from handling and also visible fixing points from where it was previously installed. The timber door is a factory second product. It hasn't been used before (and requires staining to match the frame). Overall, this door and frame combination is in great condition. However, inspection is recommended prior to purchase.
