HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the left and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.
CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. The door has some water stains on the veneer. The frame has been tacked in (so it has holes from where it was previously fitted, and also has some plaster on it in a couple of spots). Please refer to the additional photos.
