HANDING: When viewed from the outside, looking in, this door would be hinged on the right and swing open to the interior. Due to how this door opens, it is recommended for use in a protected (undercover) situation only.

CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 
 
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door and frame is an 8/10. The frame has been out to site, been tacked in, then removed for whatever reason (wrong size, handing, finish or the customer simply changed their mind). As such, there are some holes in the frame where it was previously fixed in place. The door itself is in great condition, with only a minor water stain in one section. One thing to note is that the door and frame are different timbers (so they appear slightly different). Please refer to the additional photos.
