CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 
 
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door and frame is an 8/10. This particular product has been out to site, been tacked in, then removed for whatever reason (wrong size, handing, finish or the customer simply changed their mind). As such, there are some holes in the frame where it was previously fixed in place. There is some plaster in some places on both the frame and door. Please refer to the additional photos.
