CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 7/10. One side has a dirty veneer and will need a bit of a sand to clean up. There are hinge rebates down one edge. The door also has a slight bow (this shouldn't affect its use). Please refer to the additional pictures.
