CONDITION: This is a second hand product and has been priced accordingly. Second hand product will have cut outs, rebates and/or holes from where hardware has been previously fitted. The exterior side may have signs of weathering. The door may have marks from handling and general wear and tear from use. As such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 5/10. There is an existing handle cutout and 4 x hinge rebates. There are several areas where the timber veneer is bubbling up. See photos for details.
