CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is some staining on the timber veneer finish (this looks like there was a smaller door on top of this one when it was in a pack, and the edges have been discoloured by the sun). A light sand will improve this discolouration, but probably won't completely get rid of this. There is also some slight damage to the timber veneer at the top of the door. And lastly, there are hinge rebates down one edge (it has been set up, when viewed from the outside, looking in, for the hinges to be on the left hand side of the door and for it to swing open to the interior of the building). Apart from that, this door is in good condition.
Just ~10mins east of the Hyperdome, turn down Coorang Road off of Mount Cotton Road, at the Mount Cotton Road Fire & Rescue Station. Take the first left onto Erwin Road, and we're the third driveway on the left, just look for the rusty windmill!
