CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. It has cut-outs for pivot hardware; some damage to where the pivot cut-out is at the top, as well as some very minor veneer bubbling towards the top. Please see additional pictures for reference.
