CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 7/10. There is a cut out top and bottom to accommodate pivot hardware. The timber veneer is a bit dirty (a light sand should clean this up to some extent). The veneer also has water stains in one section (this will improve with a sand, but won't come all the way out). There is minor veneer damage in one corner. The door has a very slight bow in it (this shouldn't affect its use). Please refer to the additional photos.
Just ~10mins east of the Hyperdome, turn down Coorang Road off of Mount Cotton Road, at the Mount Cotton Road Fire & Rescue Station. Take the first left onto Erwin Road, and we're the third driveway on the left, just look for the rusty windmill!
