CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. It has a handle cut-out, 5 x hinge rebates down one edge of the door, and a cut-out for a deadbolt at the top. There is also minor veneer damage on one edge. Please see additional pictures for reference.
