CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is some water staining in various places - a sand will improve the condition, but not entirely clear up the staining. There are cut outs in the top and bottom to accommodate pivot hardware. Please refer to the additional pictures.
