CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There are cut-outs for pivot hardware to be installed (not included); it is cut so that from the outside looking in, it would pivot on the left and open inwards (so handle would be on the right). There is a weather strip on the side, a minor scratch, and it has some minor water stains. Please see additional photos for reference.
Just ~10mins east of the Hyperdome, turn down Coorang Road off of Mount Cotton Road, at the Mount Cotton Road Fire & Rescue Station. Take the first left onto Erwin Road, and we're the third driveway on the left, just look for the rusty windmill!
