CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There are minor scratches on the duracoat finish. There are hinge rebates down one edge of this door (and it is set up for the hinges to be on the right of the door, with the door swinging open to the interior, when you view the door from the outside, looking in). There is also a very slight bow in the door (this shouldn't affect its use). Please refer to the additional photos.
Just ~10mins east of the Hyperdome, turn down Coorang Road off of Mount Cotton Road, at the Mount Cotton Road Fire & Rescue Station. Take the first left onto Erwin Road, and we're the third driveway on the left, just look for the rusty windmill!
