CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 5/10. There are numerous condition issues with this door. It is slightly bowed. It has a number of water stains on the timber veneer. The timber veneer also has damage in some areas. The door has a glazing issue, where the glass hasn't been seated / positioned correctly. This has resulted in a very slight gap between the edge of the glass and the cut out in the door. Because of this, this door is not suitable for direct weather exposure and must be used in a protected (undercover) situation. Please refer to the additional photos.
