CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is a very slight bow in the door (this should not affect its use). The veneer has a minor scratch in one spot, some damage on the bottom of the door and is dirty in some areas (nothing a light sand shouldn't be able to fix). There is also a bit of an issue with the stile on one side of the door. The bit of timber that makes up the frame on that side, tapers off towards one edge (this leaves a gap between the stile and the timber veneer). In the photo, it looks as if the timber veneer is de-laminating (but that is not the issue, the issue is with the size of the stile). Please refer to the additional photos.
