CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 7/10. The door appears to have had something dropped on one of the edges about mid-height and the manufacturer has attempted to putty it. The veneer is damaged next to this repair. There are also some minor marks and some scratches in the veneer. In one corner the veneer is coming away from the core just slightly.
