CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 9/10. The design of the door has raised moldings and a routed pattern on one side, with just the routed pattern on the other. The door has some dirty marks on the raised moldings side. It also has 4x routed hinge rebates already in place. . Please refer to additional pictures.
