CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 9/10. The door has some dirty marks and the silicon on the beading has overflowed slightly onto the glass panels in places on the internal side (most likely from too much application during manufacturing), but is otherwise great.
