CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 6/10. There are three hinge rebates down one edge of the door. It has a routered pattern on both sides. One side looks like it used to have protuting mouldings, which were taken off poorly damaging the duracoat. There is also minor damage to one edge.
