CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 9/10. The door has slight indent where something has pushed on it, or something heavy was left on top of it. The door also has a 70mm set back (instead of the usual 60mm). The set back is the distance from the edge of the door to the middle of the handle hole. This isn't a huge issue as you can purchase longer latches to suit from hardware stores such as Bunnings. Please refer to additional pictures.
