CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 10/10. They are in as new condition. We ended up with them as the handle hole was drilled with a 70mm set back (instead of the usual 60mm). The set back is the distance from the edge of the door to the middle of the handle hole. This isn't a huge issue as you can purchase longer latches to suit from hardware stores such as Bunnings.
