CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is a 9/10. There are three hinge rebates along one edge of the door. There is a cut out for a handle on the opposite side. There are a couple of minor marks / scuffs from handling (nothing that should be noticeable once the door has been painted). Please refer to the additional photos.
