CONFIGURATION: The configuration of this product from the outside, looking in is SF (where S stands for sliding panel and F stands for fixed panel). This means that when you are on the outside of the building looking in, the right hand panel of glass is fixed and the left panel slides (from the left to the right).

CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or colour. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 
 
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this product is a 7/10. There is no key to suit the handle. There are numerous scratches in various places on the frame. There are some holes in the fin where a timber reveal was previously fitted. There are flecks all over the glass where someone has used a grinder near the window. Operationally, this window is in great condition. All the issues with it are cosmetic.
