CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 
 
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. The door has some minor marks and scratches. There is some damage to the redicoat finish in one of the corners. There are also 3 x hinge rebates down one edge of the door and a handle cut out on the opposite side. Please refer to the additional photos.
