FINISH: Redicoat finish (pre-primed for painting), with a routed pattern on both sides.
HANDING: When viewed from the hallway, looking into the room, this door would be hinged on the left and swing open to the interior.
MANUFACTURER: Corinthian Doors - DECO 165.
CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this product is a 7/10. The door is in good condition, but the frame has quite a bit of damage in one section. Please refer to the additional photos.
