CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 
 
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 7/10.  There is a noticeable bow in the door.  This shouldn't be a problem for a sliding / hanging door.   There are holes pre-drilled for a bar handle and for the roll track attachments.  There is also a track line routed into the bottom of the door.
