CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 8/10.  There are two pre drilled holes for a handle. There are 4 x hinge rebates and a slidelock cutout top and bottom. There is a 'T' strip on the opening edge of the door. See photos for details.
