CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 7/10.  There are 5 x hinge rebates and a handle cutout. There is one section where the veneer is delaminating and other minor scuff marks and scratches. See photos for details.
