They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 7/10.  There are 4 x hinge rebates, and a defect in the routered pattern. The skin of the door is also delaminating in one section of the door. See photos for details.
